Like other small Australian baby brands, we're a small business doing our best to keep things simple and fair for everyone.


What You Can Return

✓ Items that don't fit or aren't quite what you expected


What We Can't Accept Back

✗ Sale items (these are final)
✗ Items that have been worn, washed, or altered


How It Works

1. Contact us
Email hello@tinyterry.com.au quoting your order number within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know what you'd like to return and why (helps us improve).

2. Send it back
We'll send you return instructions. You cover return postage — we recommend using a tracked service so nothing gets lost.

3. We'll sort it
Once we receive your return (usually 5-7 business days), we'll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.


Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method
Original shipping costs aren't refundable (unless we made a mistake)
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to show in your account


Exchanges

Want a different size or style? We're happy to swap it.

Just note: If the item you want is out of stock, we'll process a refund instead and you can reorder when it's back.


If We Messed Up

Wrong item? Faulty romper? That's on us.

Email us straight away at hello@tinyterry.com.au with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) — whichever you prefer.

We take quality seriously. If something's not up to standard, we want to know.


The Small Print (Important Stuff)

Change of mind: You cover return postage
Our mistake: We cover return postage
Lost returns: We can't refund items we don't receive — please use tracking
Worn items: Can't be returned for hygiene reasons
Sale items: All sales are final — no returns, no exchanges


Why These Rules?

We're a small Australian business, not a big chain. Every return affects us differently than it would a massive retailer.

We balance being fair to customers with staying sustainable as a small business.

We've tried to make this policy as straightforward as possible — because you've got enough to think about.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
