Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping

Orders under $120: $6.50 flat rate
Orders $120+: FREE shipping

We keep it simple — one flat rate, no surprises at checkout.


Processing Time

Order Processing: 1-3 business days

This is how long it takes us to pick, pack, and hand your order to the courier. We're a small team, not a massive warehouse, so please allow us this time to get your order ready properly.

Orders placed:

  • Monday-Friday before 12pm AEST → Usually processed same or next business day
  • Friday after 12pm or weekends → Processed on Monday

Delivery Time

Once your order ships:

Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide)
3-5 business days

Regional Areas
5-7 business days

Remote Areas
7-10 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Australia Post and couriers do their best, but sometimes delays happen (weather, holidays, the usual).


Tracking Your Order

You'll receive:

  1. Order confirmation email (immediately)
  2. Shipping confirmation with tracking number (when we send it)
  3. Tracking updates from the courier

Track your order:

  • Click the tracking link in your shipping email
  • Check Australia Post or MailPlus website with your tracking number
  • Email us at hello@tinyterry.com.au if you're concerned

What We Ship

Currently, we ship within Australia only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future, but for now, we're keeping it local.

Can't ship to:

  • PO Boxes (couriers can't deliver to these — use a street address)
  • Parcel lockers (not compatible with our courier services)

Delivery Issues

My Order Hasn't Arrived

If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have it:

  1. Check around your property — couriers sometimes leave packages in safe places
  2. Ask neighbours — might have been left with them
  3. Wait 24 hours — tracking can update before actual delivery
  4. Contact ushello@tinyterry.com.au and we'll investigate

We'll work with the courier to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement.

My Package Arrived Damaged

Email us immediately at hello@tinyterry.com.au with photos. We'll send a replacement or refund straight away.

This rarely happens, but when it does, we sort it quickly.

Wrong Address

If you realize you've entered the wrong address:

Before it ships: Email us ASAP and we can update it
After it ships: Contact us immediately — we'll try to redirect with the courier, but can't guarantee success

We can't be responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses you provided, but we'll do our best to help.


Shipping During Peak Times

Holiday Periods (Christmas, Easter, etc.)

  • Processing may take 3-5 business days instead of 1-3
  • Delivery times may be longer due to courier volume
  • We'll update this page with any delays

Order early if you need something by a specific date.


Express Shipping

Not available yet, but we're working on it.

For now, standard shipping is your only option. If you need something urgently, email hello@tinyterry.com.au and we'll see what we can do.


Rural & Remote Delivery

We ship to rural and remote areas, but:

  • Delivery takes longer (7-10+ business days)
  • Couriers may require signature
  • Some very remote areas may have additional courier fees (we'll contact you first)

If you're in a remote location and unsure about delivery, email us your postcode and we'll confirm before you order.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package can't be delivered and is returned to us:

You'll be contacted by the courier first for redelivery
If it's returned to us: We'll email you to arrange redelivery (you may need to pay shipping again)
If you don't respond: Refund minus original shipping costs


Order Delays

Sometimes things happen:

  • Stock delays
  • Courier backlogs
  • Public holidays
  • Extreme weather

If your order is delayed beyond normal timeframes, we'll email you with an update.

If you need your order by a specific date, email us before ordering and we'll let you know if it's realistic.


Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return something, you cover return shipping costs (unless it's our mistake).

We're a small Australian business doing our best with shipping partners we trust. We can't control:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather events
  • Public holidays
  • Australia Post strikes or issues
  • Traffic, breakdowns, or other delivery hiccups

What we CAN control:

  • Getting your order packed properly and quickly
  • Sending you tracking information
  • Being responsive when things go wrong
  • Making it right if something's genuinely our fault

We treat every order like it matters — because it does.
